Note: We do not offer free returns and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. The return must meet the following conditions:
The order must include all parts and essential components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.
The product must have been handled normally; damage caused by negligence is not accepted.
Hygiene products must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.
The product must be defective upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be accepted within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect the product has been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product, if damaged
Customer’s full name
Customer’s address
We will contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct return address after you contact us.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal if they are a natural person entering into a contract for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the final item.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
For this reason, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and returns cannot be processed until the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us (for example by email) of your decision to cancel the contract.
The withdrawal is considered completed once we have received the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times
As products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control.
If the products are already in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, we ask you to wait until delivery and then return the items. You may still inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To process your return more quickly, we ask that you send us the return shipment confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel the contract, we must refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs (unless you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will never incur additional costs for you.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
